For the past five years, I have charged the same rate for my services despite rising office and education expenses. As much as I would like to maintain my rates for another year, I find that I must increase them to provide quality services to my many valued clients. Come learn how to work out tissue tension, relieve pain naturally, increase circulation, and release muscle restrictions by learning basic myofascial release techniques. You will learn how to work on your whole body and tips on where to start. The workshop includes a therapy ball you can take home and continue the self care you just learned.
