What is Visceral Manipulation?
For those familiar with myofascial release, visceral manipulation is also working with the fascia. Fascia is a spider web of connective tissue strands surrounding all of your muscles, organs, and nerves. It creates a fluid gliding motion that supports, protects, and maintains balance in your body. When fascia around the organs becomes restricted or adhered, it can cause imbalances in in the internal organs and structure. This can lead to muscle imbalances, vertebral issues, and open the door for diseases.

Gentle manipulation of the fascia around organs can release fascia restrictions. This may include organ manipulation of the chest, abdomen and cranium. Be benefits of this technique are lengthy and the complete list can be found at the Barral Institute (Discover Visceral Manipulation (barralinstitute.com)
What is Applied Kinesiology (AK)?
Applied kinesiology uses the muscle tone to diagnose the underlying issues. Some people have heard it referred to as “muscle testing”. It is noninvasive and can be used to evaluate chemical, structural, and emotional aspects of health. In other words, your muscle tone whether strong or weak will give information to Dr. Penny about what is going on with your body.

Supplements- Homeopathy
Homeopathy supports the idea that your body can heal itself. The products come from plants and are distilled to minut levels. It is based on the principle of ‘like cures like’. In other words, a substance taken in small amounts will cure the same symptoms it causes if taken in large amounts. It has been practiced worldwide for over 250 years. New research in water science published in the book: Water Codes: The Science of Health, Consciousness, and Enlightenment, looks at how the homeopathic herbs change the structure of the water molecule and can act like a computer code in your body. This can jump start your body’s healing processes.

Wellness Advice:
Mindfulness Trainer:
Spending too much time worrying about the future and thinking about possible negative outcomes can be draining. Mindfulness technique gives us tools to help bring us into the “Now” and appreciate what we are currently living. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress. You learn to purposefully bring your attention to the present moment without judgement. Ester Hicks once said, “If you don’t appreciate where you are at; how do you expect to get more?”
