We would like to welcome back massage therapist, Elisa Coffman, to Davenport and Centered Therapies!  Elisa Coffman, L.M.T. (Room to Renew) is rejoining the team at Centered Therapies. She specializes in: Integrative Therapeutic Relaxation Massage – medium to firm pressure massage that can help with stress, anxiety & pain relief associated with headaches, body aches fibromyalgia & neuropathy and so much more. Elisa Coffman’s experience includes Swedish, Orthopedic & Geriatric Elder Massage, Compassionate & Healing Touch, Reiki Energy, and Hawaiian Healing.  She combines these specialized massage techniques in her Integrative Therapeutic Massage session to allow for a customized approach to client’s needs rather than a spa menu of services.  .

We are welcoming Elise Frost, Licensed Massage Therapist with Labyrinth Integrative Movement & Bodywork (LIMB) to Centered Therapies.  She has recently relocated to the Quad Cities from Colorado.  Elise has her Master’s Degree in Dance Performance and Pedagogy from UIUC and received her massage training from Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in Longmont, Colorado.  She is highly trained in therapeutic massage techniques and deep tissue massage including trigger point therapy, Alexander technique, Shiatsu, Laban/Bartenieff Fundamentals, Skinner Release, Feldenkrais, and Neuromuscular therapies.  Elise has worked as a massage therapist and also been a massage instructor at Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy. Elise is offering massage and movement appointments, starting next week. .
