Strong and Active Through the Seated Postures Workshop next week!
Yoga is generally associated with mobility and flexibility but there is an equally important need for strength and activation in order to have a good balance within the yoga practice and throughout life. In the seated postures, we often forget to use our strength and just passively fall into a posture. We have a tendency to continue this habit as we are in seated positions in our daily lives as well. Beginners will enjoy a slower paced, more instructional introduction to seated postures and more advanced practitioners will experience a greater depth in their existing practice.
